Ben is a commercial real estate advisor with over 25 years of experience spanning development, construction, management, investment sales, and leasing.

He began his brokerage career at Massey Knakal Real Estate Services in New York City, one of the city’s leading investment sales firms, where he specialized in investment sales and developed a sharp, data-driven approach to advising property owners. Following the firm’s acquisition by Cushman & Wakefield, Ben continued to build on that foundation before joining B6 Real Estate Advisors, further strengthening his ability to navigate complex transactions and deliver results in highly competitive markets. Over the course of his career, Ben has been involved in approximately $200 million in sales volume.

Prior to brokerage, Ben founded and led a New York–based development and contracting company responsible for the development and management of approximately 500,000 square feet of real estate. He has also held senior roles internationally, including leading development initiatives involving large-scale residential and hospitality projects. His experience as both an operator and advisor allows him to identify value, anticipate challenges, and position assets effectively in the market.

Focusing on investment sales and leasing, Ben advises property owners, investors, and business operators across Palm Beach County, where capital and luxury real estate intersect. His approach is straightforward, analytical, and results-driven, grounded in the belief that successful transactions are driven by preparation, market insight, and disciplined execution.
