We started to work with Belle two years ago when she found a rental condo that was great for the winter season. For the next two seasons, she helped us look for a condo to purchase. She is always professional to work with. She followed up on every interest. She soon discerned our preferences and never wasted her time or ours. When we had serious interests, she always gave us relevant information. We are preparing to now move into our purchased condo where Belle smoothed the way, providing references and info and even helped with services after closing. We would work with her happily again.

We were referred by a contractor. We were renting a townhouse in Jupiter and went to the agency to let them know that we were interested in buying a place. We met with Belle and discussed our budget and the type of place that we would like to buy. Belle set us up with a specialized itinerary that was connected to the MLS so that we would know what was immediately on the market. It was great to see what was available and have access to all the details on a particular home. Belle was always very accommodating to take us where we wanted to go and check out a place. She never pressured us to make a buy. As time went on, Belle knew our tastes and would suggest another area that we might like. It was never too much to ask for her to keep us updated on Jupiter or the surrounding areas. After 7 months, we found the perfect place and made our bid. Everything went very smoothly from the beginning of the contract until the end. I would definitely recommend the office for rental property and for selling or buying a home.
