Anna Maria Porowska is a Global Real Estate Advisor with One Sotheby's International Realty whose international career has been shaped by education, business, and leadership across Poland, Italy, Monaco, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United States. Licensed as a Florida REALTOR® since 2015, she also brings experience from the RE/MAX network, strengthening her expertise in international and cross-border real estate. She combines a global perspective with in-depth knowledge of the South Florida market, providing strategic guidance to buyers, sellers, and investors.

Anna specializes in luxury real estate, international investments, relocation, and first-time homebuyers. She believes luxury is defined not by price, but by exceptional service, attention to detail, and a personalized client experience. She is especially recognized for representing sellers through customized marketing strategies, including professional photography and videography, digital marketing, international syndication, strategic pricing, and skilled negotiation. She also provides buyers with expert guidance throughout every stage of the transaction.

Anna serves as a Florida REALTORS® State Director and previously served as a Governor for the Broward-Miami region with the Miami Association of REALTORS®. She currently serves as a Miami YPN Ambassador.

She is the creator and host of the DNA of Luxury educational seminar and author of the DNA of Luxury series for the National Association of REALTORS®, sharing insights on luxury real estate, branding, lifestyle, and global market trends. She also serves as Vice President of the Silesia Chapter of the Polish-American Chamber of Commerce, strengthening business relationships between Poland and the United States.

Anna leads the Polish women's community, Era Nowych Kobiet, in Florida, creating opportunities for women to connect and grow. Since becoming a mother in 2025, she has become passionate about supporting women balancing motherhood with careers in real estate through mentorship and community.

Her leadership also includes previous service as Vice President of the United Nations Association of Broward County. She has received international recognition for leadership, business, and real estate excellence and has been featured in Forbes Poland.

Anna holds degrees in European Economic Commercial Law, Luxury Hospitality and Event Management, Luxury Goods and Services, and Business Management. She has earned several professional designations, including AHWD, e-PRO®, SFR, PSA, CRETS, and the C2EX Endorsement.

Fluent in Polish and English, Anna also understands Russian and is continuously improving her French, Spanish, and Italian. She plans to study Arabic to further connect with clients worldwide.

Outside of real estate, Anna enjoys traveling, exploring new cultures, attending international business and leadership events, and supporting animal shelters and charitable initiatives.
