Ana Guillen is a Global Real Estate Advisor with ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, bringing over a decade of experience across South Florida’s luxury residential and new development markets. Her clients rely on her not only for access to exceptional properties, but for the market intelligence and strategic perspective she brings to every decision.

Having lived and worked across Latin America, New York, Miami, and Europe, Ana brings a distinctly global perspective to South Florida real estate. She began her career in New York City in New Development Research at Douglas Elliman, building a strong foundation in market analysis, pricing, and development strategy before transitioning into luxury residential sales.

A graduate of Babson College, where she concentrated in Real Estate and Economics, Ana also holds an International MBA from IE University in Madrid. Her background allows her to approach real estate through both a financial and lifestyle lens, helping clients evaluate not simply what to buy, but where value, opportunity, and long-term potential intersect.
Originally from Colombia and fluent in English and Spanish, Ana advises buyers, sellers, and investors across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
