Simply put Kim was amazing! I had my property listed w/ another agent for over eight months and I hadn’t received one offer. As soon as Kim listed my property on a Friday, she scheduled three showings for that Sunday. I accepted an offer that same day. There were a few surprises (as seems to be the case in every real estate transaction) as things moved through the process. Thankfully, Kim and her team managed to resolve each one like pros. It has truly been such a pleasure working with Kim as my real estate agent.
