Madison was referred to us by an out of town Sotheby’s agent. He was totally prepared when we first met and within 48 hours we had made an offer on a property. Madison absolutely went above and beyond! Being out of town for the entire process, we were so appreciative of his handling of all of the contractors, remediation, crazy neighbors and staff, and all of the other issues encountered in order to get this property sold. The tasks that needed to be addressed with the property were very time consuming and maddening at times, but Madison handled them on our behalf with patience and grace. We know that not many realtors would have handled everything that Madison did for us. We are grateful as it took a burden off of us and we thank him from the bottom of our hearts. More importantly than his skill, competence, and tact as a realtor, is who he is as a person. He is genuinely kind and a wonderful human being, with laundry and decorating skills to boot!
