This has blown up many purchases. 4. Is the buyer using a down payment assistance program? If so, have they fulfilled all the requirements of this program? You will also need to provide the name, phone number, and email of the down payment assistance program contact. We prefer buyer to have already provided all documents to lender before the showing. We prefer that the lender be a local lender that can be reached effectively. If the buyer does not have a lender yet please recommend our preferred lender, Eddie Smith with US Bank at 904-563-4055.
