Jenni Bell was raised on Amelia Island, Florida. An experienced Real Estate professional, she earned her CLHMS, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist®, exceeding a required threshold in the luxury market. Blending diligence and enthusiasm, with proactivity and attentiveness, Jenni has built her real estate career as a top producing agent year after year. She is experienced in New Home Construction, from contract and design, building to completion. Jenni grew up in downtown Fernandina Beach’s Historic District, and has extensive working knowledge with historic homes. She is well versed in 1031 Exchanges, Investment and Vacation Properties, and Executive Relocation. She represents clients in a variety of communities, and enjoys showcasing the lifestyle offered with Waterfront, Marshfront, Beachfront homes, and in Golf and Tennis neighborhoods. Jenni graduated from the University of Florida, with a Bachelors of Science degree in Broadcast Journalism and a minor in Leadership. She spent time at WJXT Channel 4 News in Jacksonville, working on evening news stories and The Morning Show. She later joined the No. 3 Public Relations Firm in the country, honing her broadcast experience as a National Spokesperson for major brands, on morning news shows across the country. Her PR experience also included directly prepping CEOs and executives of National Brands for live news segments. Jenni and her husband both grew up on Amelia Island, and were eager to return home to raise their children on the beach. She is involved at The Amelia Island Club and volunteering in the community. Jenni stays active with tennis, beach yoga, pool time with her kids, walks on the greenway, and joining her family at the golf course.
