Kale To Cake
West Palm Beach diners have a new plant-filled place to check out. Sourbon Kitchen + Bar opened downtown with chef Richard Leadbetter’s eclectic, modern American menu—charcuterie, kale salad, steak frites and veggie bahn mi. For dessert, mind the diet with strawberry gazpacho or cheat with daily cheesecakes. There’s a “skinny” white Russian cocktail, too.
