Pioneer Pop Up

Pioneer Linens, Palm Beach’s premier source for luxury home and yacht linens and bath accessories, is popping up at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens through December 31. Head to the upper level near Nordstrom for private label bedding and bath collections as well as hostess gifts like printed tea towels made in Italy (pictured).

Healing Horses

Stuart families and horse lovers alike will be trotting over to Palm City on October 20 for the fourth annual Country Festival, a fundraiser for the Equine Rescue and Adoption Foundation. Admission fees support nutrition and other wellness needs for the rescued animals, while activities include barn tours, pony rides and trick or treating.

Kale To Cake

West Palm Beach diners have a new plant-filled place to check out. Sourbon Kitchen + Bar opened downtown with chef Richard Leadbetter’s eclectic, modern American menu—charcuterie, kale salad, steak frites and veggie bahn mi. For dessert, mind the diet with strawberry gazpacho or cheat with daily cheesecakes. There’s a “skinny” white Russian cocktail, too.

Swing for Science

It’s almost time to tee up for the South Florida Science Center and Aquarium’s Conservation Cup Better Ball tournament. Mayacoo Lakes Country Club hosts the annual event with 18 holes of golf, a welcome luncheon, cocktail party and awards ceremony on October 28. Register through mhoffman@sciencecenter.org.
