Sylvie and I decided to look after a new home in Florida about two years ago. Actually, my professional activity has deeply changed since two years and consequently, we have much more time to stay in Florida than before. Some french friends of us advised us to meet Albert and discuss with him about our project. We started looking houses with him during two weeks in April 2016, two weeks again in April 2017 and three weeks in November 2017, when we finally and hopefully for Albert signed a contract for the beautiful house whe owns since last January. As you see, Albert has been very patient with us, very open minded beside us, even when our criterias has changed from buy a lot and build a new home on it, rehab an old home, invest no more than 3 millions dollars and then ask for visiting home at 6.5 millions. All these days shared with him allowed us also to better understand the general environment of south Florida from Miami to Palm Beach to discover restaurants, nice places to walk, the different neighbourhoods. And more and more, our project has been clarified and we succeeded in taking our decision. Albert has always tried to let us understand the value of the market, the quality of the investment as if he invest for himself and of course for French people, the fact he speaks French is easier.
