Being part of the worldwide Sotheby’s brand has given me the opportunity to do so.” THE REALTOR EXTRAORDINAIRE: Jacqueline’s career as a Top Producer in real estate has spanned 30 years. Her business and professionalism earned her a spot as a leader in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide in 1999, grossing sales that year of over $10,000,000. Her list of affluent clientele spans all over the globe, from local high end clients like the CFO of one of the largest developers in the Miami area, as well as, the current SVP of Marketing for a national sports team. To this day, she maintains a strong client base which is strictly by referral. She takes pride in her work, and is praised by her clients for her endearing personality, calm professionalism, knowledge, creativity, white glove service, confidentialty, and her 24/7 availability. As an event coordinator in her early years, Jacqueline produced in house events for businesses, fashion shows, presentations and luncheons. This carried over in her everyday life as she incorporated it into real estate, creatively staging homes, interpreting buyer and seller needs, and translating real estate market trends. In 2006, Jacqueline had the exciting opportunity of being featured on the very popular hit HGTV program “House Hunters”. That episode revolved around a first-time Buyer’s experience in Coral Gables, Florida. THE INTERIOR DESIGN EXPERT: Because of her interior design background, she has an innate sense of design, décor and spatial arrangements. Jacqueline can not only stage a home to get top dollar, but remains involved past the closing date, hooking up the new homeowners with a multitude of services and craftsmen to turn the new purchase into the house of their dreams. She loves referring to her little rolodex (in her head) which is loaded with contacts to pass on to her clients. THE JUBILENT PHILANTHROPIST: In addition to serving on boards for the United Way, Miami Children’s Hospital, Communities in Schools, and Centro Mater, Jacqueline also served a big role as a board member for the Miami Lighthouse for the Blind. In 2006, as chairwoman and event producer of the 75th Diamond Jubilee Inaugural Gala “Puttin’ On The Ritz”, she was able to raise over $200,000 while working alongside Judge Marilyn Milian of The Peoples Court and Jose Feliciano. She also co-chaired the very first Gala event to be held in honor of the Mayor of Miami Dade County, Alex Penelas. All of the charities she has been involved with have enabled her to engage with people of all walks of life in her community, making her a respected and well-known individual in one of the hottest, and diverse, areas of the United States. ABOUT JACQUELINE: She’s a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Merchandise Management and a Minor in Interior Design. Studying abroad for a semester in Madrid, Spain, enabled her to enhance her specialty while focusing on Art at the Prado Museum. She cherishes her family life and always makes time to incorporate her greatest passions of family, travel, photography, and real estate in her everyday life.
