Denise brings more than 12 years of experience in luxury real estate sales and marketing to Coastal Sotheby's International Realty. Previous to joining the firm, Denise's focus was specific to the selling of luxury residences and memberships for The Ritz-Carlton Club in Jupiter, Florida. During her tenure with The Ritz-Carlton Club, Denise completed over 200 transactions for both buyers and sellers. Denise has always taken her career and commitment to excellence very seriously and continues to build her reputation one client at a time. Her experience selling luxury homes in the Northern Palm Beach County and her attention to detail has resulted in a strong referral-based business. She has been a licensed agent since 2005 and is now a well-respected veteran of the local Palm Beach luxury home market. She has been involved with and has intimate knowledge of some of the most prestigious developments since before they became home sites and has forged lifelong relationships with the visionaries that have shaped the South Florida communities into what they are today. Prior to entering real estate, Denise obtained a Bachelor of Arts with a Minor in Business from Virginia Commonwealth University in addition to a Masters in Business Administration from Averett University. After college and before joining the real estate industry, Denise and her husband owned and managed a staffing agency for 13 years comprised of 17 offices throughout Virginia, Washington DC and Maryland generating over $20M in revenue each year before successfully selling the business to a national firm. Denise is looking forward to offering her entrepreneurship, luxury service and sales experience to the Coastal Sotheby's Team and current and future clientele.
