 During her 25 year career, Alina Sardinas, has been in the Real Estate Industry as Real Estate Attorney and as an Entrepreneur. Alina has either acquired or developed over 5,000 multi family units in Florida. Alina began her career as an Attorney/Partner with the prestigious law firm of Galbut, Galbut, Menin and Wasserman. After 10 years with Galbut, Galbut, Menin and Wasserman, Alina became Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the Real Estate Investment Division of Florida Crystals Corporation, a large Multination Corporation. While there Alina was identified prospective acquisitions and development projects, negotiated acquisition/disposition contracts, managed capital market executions and project sales and marketing campaigns. Alina later started Lusard Investments, and was responsible for turnkey Condominium Conversion of existing apartment community in Palm Beach, Florida for Hudson Capital, a real estate firm focusing primarily on the acquisition, development and rehabilitation of multifamily apartments to condominiums. In 2005 Alina became the Managing Director and Real Estate Investment Officer for Kapax Real Estate Capital Fund, responsible for new business development for private equity group specializing in short-term bridge financing and equity placement for commercial real estate projects throughout Florida. Since 2010 Alina has been Project Director for Baeza Marketing and Sales Consultants, responsible for new business development, and currently sits on the Board of Directors of Medefile Iberia a database Management Company operating in Madrid Spain.
