2019 is off to a fantastic start for ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. ONE SIR broker Sladja Stantic was the co-listing broker for the sale of Brian Kelly, also know as the “Points Guy’, Miami Beach home. Listed for $2.74 million, 2804 Prairie Avenue was sold to Daniel Pontecorvo, a co-founder of medtech company Camber Spine, for $2.59 million.
The 1924-built home originally designed by architect August Geiger was renovated by Kelly during his ownership, with the addition of hurricane-proof windows, underwater pool speakers and heightened doorways. He also built out a customized mega master suite with a sun deck and Zen retreat master bathroom modeled after the Ritz-Carlton in Kyoto, Japan, with a steam shower, a freestanding tub and an outdoor shower. Other details include a chef’s kitchen, open living spaces allowing for exceptional natural light, and lush landscaping for privacy.
The sale was featured in the New York Post.
