Introducing ONE SIR’s New COO Michael Koval

Welcome to the ONE Sotheby’s International Realty family Michael Koval!

We’re very proud to announce Michael Koval as our chief operating officer, a new position for the company. After spending nearly 15 years at Long & Foster Real Estate in the Washington, D.C. area where he was chief information officer, then as a senior management adviser and consultant at Pixces Consulting Group in Rockville, Maryland, he is joining us in South Florida.

Michael will focus on all operations, leading the company’s efforts to stay ahead with the sharpest technology and service, and ensuring that any new technology is rolled out correctly and “has a very high agent adoption,” says president Daniel de la Vega. This new role will assist in empowering ONE SIR to be the only real estate solution for clients. Michael said he’ll also work with the operations teams to improve agents’ “entire experience” with the company, including on-boarding.

We are excited to have Michael as the newest addition to our every growing team, and see how his extensive expertise will guide future ONE SIR development in the South Florida real estate market.

Thanks for the a new challenge you have discovered in your short article. One thing I would really like to touch upon is that FSBO human relationships are built as time passes. By presenting yourself to the owners the first saturday their FSBO is definitely announced, prior to a masses start off calling on Friday, you build a good interconnection. By mailing them methods, educational elements, free reports, and forms, you become a good ally. If you take a personal interest in them as well as their problem, you produce a solid interconnection that, many times, pays off as soon as the owners opt with a realtor they know along with trust — preferably you actually.
