A Year in Review: 2018’s Significant Sales

9 Indian Creek Island Road in Indian Creek was represented by The Waterfront Team.

2216 Park Avenue in Miami Beach was represented by Susan Gale and sold for $20,000,000.

Selling for $19,750,000, 3550 Matheson Avenue is a stunning waterfront home represented by Jorge Uribe.

Rafael Arias was the ONE SIR agent behind the $18,000,000 sale of 5011 Pine Tree Drive.

4647 Pine Tree Drive, Miami Beach sold for $17,000,000 and was represented by Alina de la Vega.

6480 Allison Road sold for $16,750,000. ONE SIR agents were on both sides of the deal, with The Waterfront Team representing the seller, and Ty Forkner representing the buyer.

995 Hillsboro Mile, represented by Susan Rindley sold for a final price of $14,944,620.

Two residences on Fisher Island, 4811 & 4821 Fisher Island Drive, sold for a total of $14,566,611 with representation from Viola Kruszelnicki and Adam Kruszelnicki.

 

8701 Collins Avenue #1702 in Miami Beach sold for $13,000,000, and was represented by Victoria Fisher and Juan Aluma.

1374 S Venetian Way was sold for $11,695,000, with Allan Kleer & Fabian Garcia Diaz representing the seller, and Rachel Benmeir & Denis Gallo representing the buyer.

A unit at Turnberry Ocean Club Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, a ONE SIR exclusive development, sold for $10,890,000.

 

80 Leucadendra Drive in Coral Gables closed for $10,500,000 and was represented by Dennis Carvajal and Manuel Chamizo.

9375 Balada Street, a waterfront residence in Coral Gables sold for $10,410,000 with representation from Dennis Carvajal.

12135 SW 128 Court was represented by Andreina Zambrano, with a final sale price of $10,400,000.

Elena Bluntzer represented both the buyer and seller of 7192 Fisher Island Drive #7192, for $10,260,000.
