Friday, February 23 ONE Sotheby’s International Realty hosted ONE Summit, an annual company wide event, at the J.W. Marriott in Downtown Miami. Agents from 87 of Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate offices traveled from all over the world to participate. Over the course of the day we reflected on the past year, provided insight on our updated sales and marketing initiatives for 2018, and touched on future trends for the global real estate market overall.
The main topics covered at #ONESummit2018 were technology, innovation, marketing and social media, customer service, and how to leverage the Sotheby’s brand using our database and digital tools. We also celebrated the 10 year anniversary of ONE SIR.
Kevin Thompson, Sotheby’s International Realty CMO, presented new marketing resources. There was also an innovation panel discussion moderated by Karina Lopez, Director of Marketing, with industry leaders speaking about the latest trends in real estate technology and sharing their tips on how agents can innovate their current systems with resources and tools provided by ONE SIR. Attendees had the chance to listen to an illuminating motivational speech about customer service trends and best practices for success given by Alexandra Valentin, a Certified Hospitality Trainer at The Ritz-Carlton Leadership Center.
ONE SIR CEO and Founder, Mayi de la Vega closed the summit by announcing the top agents and teams who made it to the Top Producer Circle. Congratulations to all the Top Producers, leading our company to the forefront in the global market.
The day ended with cocktails, networking amongst the agents, and an optimistic outlook for the year ahead.
