DWELLING IN WESTON WITH
A BROWARD REAL ESTATE ADVISOR
A DEDICATED PROFESSIONAL
A ONE SOTHEBY’S REALTY ASSOCIATE
ONE THING THAT MAKES YOU
Weston’s main draw for me is how well-run it is. There is very little traffic, which makes it easy to get around, and it is a small community with lots of space and many well-kept roads.
A LOCAL EVENT
NOT TO BE MISSED
There are too many to name only one. Weston hosts a couple of annual 5Ks and marathons, the Fourth of July parade, art festivals, wine festivals and fairs for all people and ages.
Visit Markham Park. There are plenty of things to do, such as cycling, barbecuing, camping, playing tennis and biking trails. It’s a great place to get together with family and friends.
YOUR VERY OWN
I prefer to visit different parks to practice sports and spend great quality time with family and friends. Markham Park and the YMCA are two of my favorites.
Bonefish Grill has a great restaurant area with magnificent customer service and a small, cozy bar with many dishes and cocktails to choose from. It’s definitely a personal favorite.
BEST FOOD/COCKTAIL MENU
ITEMS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD
I love the Ahi Tuna Sashimi from Bonefish Grill paired with a classic dirty martini. The Margherita Pizza from Mallardi’s is also amazing comfort food.
WHAT MAKES THIS
Weston is kept exceptionally well by the local goverment as well as its people. It has one of the best school districts in Broward County and you’ll never grow tired of the city’s gorgeous landscaping.
A HIDDEN GEM
Weston itself! It was named one of the ten best U.S. cities to live in. Weston is truly a family-oriented city made up of people of all cultures. There is a richness to the lifestyle here.
THE SOURCE OF YOUR
PASSION FOR REAL ESTATE
I truly enjoy working with people looking to buy the home of their dreams, sell a home they outgrew or make a sound investment. I strive to make each and every transaction a smooth and pleasant one and commit to my clients fully. Working this way is what keeps me passionate about what I do every day.
