ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s 2015 Annual Associates Meeting was a company wide event that presented this year’s top marketing and sales initiatives to the company’s network of brokers and agents. Nearly 300+ participants attended the conference held at the Rusty Pelican in Key Biscayne. ONE Sotheby’s President Daniel de la Vega was the first to present, highlighting many of ONE Sotheby’s successes including ranking seventh in a category of top producing franchises worldwide. De la Vega focused mainly on the impressive 2014 Sales Volume of $2.6 billion, a 53% increase from previous years. Founder and CEO of ONE Sotheby’s Mayi de la Vega also presented, introducing the brokers to the new Wellness Program, which focuses on a healthy work life balance and is inspired by the motivation to succeed.

Wendy Purvey, Chief Marketing Officer for Sotheby’s Realty, presented the network of agents with the company’s new 2015 initiatives and introduced them to the brand new Sotheby’s Realty website that will integrate listing videos and social media. She also highlighted all the impressive media partners that the company will work with this year.
One of the highlights of the event was motivational speaker, Kelley Kosow, who runs the Ford Institute of Transformational Training. She expanded on Mayi de la Vega’s Wellness Program and presented “The Evolution of Extraordinary.” Her talk explained the different pillars that are needed to achieve maximum happiness in both your personal and professional life.

Later a panel comprised of top brokers Jorge Uribe, Jonathan Garcia, Susan Rindley, and JoAnn Foster discussed their marketing strategies for high-end luxury listings, and shared advice on how they promote their ultra-luxe properties.

Vanessa Stabile and Harvey Daniels also presented ONE Sotheby’s newest developments, including One Thousand Museum, Oceana, Metropica, and Ritz-Carlton Residences. They also presented the new Developments Brochure, which gives detailed information on each project.
ONE Sotheby’s Marketing Director Karina Lopez then gave an in-depth presentation of the new ONE Sotheby’s website, set to launch in the second quarter. Director of Brand Experience Janie Coffey followed up with additional information about the ONE for ONE Program and the company’s philanthropic opportunities.
Agents posted interesting and important updates from the meeting to social media, all coordinated with the hashtag #2015AAM. With 760 offices globally, Sotheby’s Realty boasts a total of 16,570 agents in 60 countries throughout the world that were able to follow along with the conversation.
