Sales Teams Mobilize to Target Families at 1010 Brickell

The 1010 Brickell condo sales are beginning this month and the team is targeting a new demographic for the downtown area – families. The newest of 39 upcoming towers in Brickell was developed by Key International Sales. It was designed by the Miami-based architectural partnership Sieger Suarez, known for Apogee South Beach, the St. Regis, the Porsche Tower and the Murano.

The 50-story tower will have 387 units and will include retail and parking, appealing to South American buyers who equate Brickell with Fifth Avenue. The family friendly elements start with the prime location, one block from Mary Brickell Village and two blocks from Brickell CityCentre. Key International kept pricing moderate since the development acquisition was finalized during the real estate bust; one-bedroom homes start at $300,000 and a three-bedroom unit tops out at $700,000.

The amenities include a bowling alley, soccer area, gourmet food service and private elevators. The Club at 1010 is a duplex recreation center stationed on the 11th and 12th floors, with an all-glass fitness center, a children’s gymnasium, a gaming arcade, a spa and a swimming pool. Signature Sieger Suarez transparent designs allow parents see their kids from any vantage. 1010 Brickell is a symbol of the changing nature of the area, now sought after by families who desire access to culture and community.
