Katy Stoka is one of Miami's most accomplished and admired luxury development sales professionals.  She has over $200 million in direct sales to her credit and has been involved with several new properties in Miami Beach with a total combined sellout value over $1B including The Waverly South Beach, Murano Grande, and ICON South Beach.  A former business consultant, she works closely with both developers and customers.  Currently she proudly leads the highly experienced and knowledgeable ONE Sothebys International Realty sales team at the Residences at W South Beach, a property which has set a new benchmark for South Beach living.  Ms.Stoka and her team have been responsible for closing over $125 million in sales during the past year at this exceptional oceanfront development.  She resides in Miami Beach with her husband Dario and two boys, Massimo and Enzo.
