Janie Coffey has been involved of all aspects of real estate, from development, to construction to sales, for the past twenty years. Beginnning her career in commercial project management for a large developer, Janie has built a strong foundation of real etate expertise to help her clients best understand and analyze each property. Originally from Virginia, Janie spent several years in Washington DC, then Germany and has now called Miami home for over ten years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
Janie loves to bring a combination of the latest technology and high touch personal service to the table to work with her clients in a way that suits them best. Each client and each property is different and she tailors her approach to each situation, maximizing an efficient buying or selling experience, ONE client at a time.
Janie is the past president of CREW Miami, is the founder of the Miami Real Estate Tech Forum and the winner of numerous industry awards. She writes and speaks both locally and nationally on marketing and technology for real estate.
After being the co-owner of Papillon Real Estate and ReDevelopment for five years, Janie joined ONE Sotheby's International Realty in order to bring her clients the marketing and services no one other than Sotheby's could provide. Janie's primary focus in real estate is luxury, unique and historic properties.
