Michelle Howland

Michelle Howland has been a consistent Top Agent year after year. With over 10 years of experience in the South Florida real estate market, she joined the Fort Lauderdale team of ONE Sotheby’s in March of 2010. Prior to that time, Michelle held positions as a Broker Associate and as a Managing broker with Keller Williams Partners, Prudential WCI, EWM and Better Homes & Gardens, where she managed 4 offices and as many as 200 Broker Associates and Sales Associates. While devoting full time to her clients, Michelle has also been active in the real estate industry on a local and statewide level. She has served on numerous committees and has held many statewide positions - which have allowed Michelle to stay on top of market conditions and legal issues, all of which have benefitted her clients during an increasingly uncertain and ever-changing real estate market.

Michelle attributes her success to her love of the industry and her commitment to customer satisfaction. Much of her business comes from past clients and referrals. Her knowledge and strong communication skills combined with her focus brings buyers and sellers together for mutually beneficial outcomes. In addition to her professional commitment and expertise, Michelle has a love for the South Florida area that is contagious.
