Bellini Williams Island Model Residence Grand Opening

 

Bellini Williams Island unveiled its model residence, designed by Artefacto, with a Grand Opening event on April 18th. In attendance were South Florida’s top brokers along with developer Martin Margulies and ONE Sotheby’s CEO Mayi de la Vega. Guests had the opportunity to see the new unit and enjoy sunset cocktails and bites at the Bellini Williams Island Condo Sales Center.

Artefacto outfitted the unit with luxury furniture and accessories to create a modern and sophisticated space taking advantage of the panoramic views and spacious living areas. Real Estate Connect Takeaway: Become a “Latte Visionary”

 

The Real Estate Industry’s top movers and shakers gathered in NYC for Real Estate Connect presented by Inman News. The three -day conference was packed with informative sessions that covered every aspect of the real estate business with a focus on technology and innovation. ONE Sotheby’s International Realty’s Director of Sales and Brand Experience, Janie Coffey, attended Real Estate Connect and participated in a panel in front of hundreds of leaders and agents from around the country.

The main theme of the conference was achieving the “Latte Vision”, which is delivering a consistent, convenient, fast and digital transaction to every buyer and seller you come across. Similar to the experience that consumers get at Starbucks, “Latte Vision” encourages agents to keep pushing the industry forward by offering consistent service and using digital tools that are fast and get results. Panelist Pete Flint, CEO and co-founder of Trulia, had sound advice for realtors that want to achieve the Latte Vision: “Focus less on a detailed business plan and more on developing something real to show potential investors that reveals a major consumer insight and does something tangible and clear.”

Bellini Williams Island Construction Tops Off

 

Construction of Bellini Williams Island has reached the top off point with the completion of the 24th floor. The building broke ground in early 2012 and progress has moved quickly and right on schedule.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive Sales and Marketing arm of the project and earlier this week a team of brokers and agents visited the construction site for a tour of the building and to see the breathtaking views from the top floor.

Bellini Williams Island will feature 70 luxury residences with 2,300-2,700 square feet of living space as well access to amenities that include a landscaped sundeck and pool area, private media room, 24 hours security and concierge. Residents will also be able to access the Williams Island Club that features a healthy spa, tennis courts and restaurants and the Williams Island Marina.

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show returns to South Florida for its 53rd year on October 25th-29th. Bellini Williams Island Pours Foundation for Amenities Level

This past weekend construction crews arrived early to the Bellini Williams Island site to start the foundation pour on the sixth floor amenities level. Nearly 300 cement trucks lined up for the process, which indicates that construction for the building is on schedule with its late summer 2013 completion date.

The sixth level amenities level will include a landscape sundeck with a resort- style pool and a full spa that will offer special aesthetic treatments such as massages, facials and more. It will also include a complete fitness center with state of the art equipment complete with men’s and women’s locker rooms and sauna. There will also be two private residences on this level.

The project is moving quickly and once the amenities level is completed it will be a luxury oasis where residents can go to relax and get pampered. The comforts at Bellini Williams Island will reflect the best of resort living at its convenient Aventura location near world class shopping and dining.

 Inna Katz has excitedly joined the world renowned Sotheby’s Realty brand in the Miami Beach area.  She currently resides in Acqualina, on the North Miami’s Sunny Isles strip, and specializes in the North Miami area. Her fluency in Russian language and culture gives her an edge in the ever-growing Russian market.

Inna was born in Ukraine and immigrated to New York in the early 1990s. She lived and studied there, graduating Suma Cum Laude in Finance from Baruch College in 2004. Throughout her studies, she worked full time in various financial firms, including BlackRock Asset Management and ultimately on the trading floor for the investment bank of JPMorgan Chase.  Upon receiving her series 7, 63 and Life and Health license, she traded derivates on Foreign Exchange currencies for the Latin American countries. After realizing her great potential in sales, Inna was given the opportunity to work in Syndication and Sales of Collateralized Debt Obligations (CDOs), where JPMorgan paved the way as the global leader. Inna has road showed managers all over the world, priced billion dollar transactions and has had immense success in the very sophisticated financial markets.

After moving to Miami a few years ago, Inna has decided to use her high net worth client connections, knowledge of the Real Estate market and access to Russian clientele to further her career in the more flexible and ever expanding business of Real Estate. Miami’s social media movers and shakers flocked to Cafeina Lounge in Wynwood on Saturday, May 14th for the Art Walk Tweet-Up presented by Miami Magazine and One Sotheby’s. The tweet-up was from 7pm-9pm and guests enjoyed savory bites and endless cocktails by L’Chaim Kosher Vodka. During the event the hashtag #onesir that was being used by attendees even became a local trending topic on Twitter!

‘TRENDS’ Market Report Arrives With In Depth Community Profiles & A Comprehensive Analysis of the Real Estate Market

 

We are excited to launch the newest ‘TRENDS” market report- a 2010 year in review with key observations of real estate activity in South Florida. Last year, the luxury market in particular was attracting global attention and countless international buyers were flocking to Miami to invest in high-end properties. In Miami –Dade alone, sales of homes over $1 million have risen 22% since 2009, showing a steady increase and an indication of confidence from buyers. The numbers we gathered in TRENDS show that 2010 was the year of the luxury real estate comeback.
