This will be our 7th office in South Florida, which will give the company access to the business community in Downtown Miami. There has been a significant rebound in the luxury condo market this year and sales have exceeded expectations in Coral Gables, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami and other metropolitan areas in South Florida.
