Bellini Williams Island Model Residence Grand Opening

Bellini Williams Island unveiled its model residence, designed by Artefacto, with a Grand Opening event on April 18th. In attendance were South Florida’s top brokers along with developer Martin Margulies and ONE Sotheby’s CEO Mayi de la Vega. Guests had the opportunity to see the new unit and enjoy sunset cocktails and bites at the Bellini Williams Island Condo Sales Center.

On Thursday, April 18th Bellini Williams Island will be unveiling its model residence designed by Artefacto with a cocktail event starting at 6pm. Guests will have the opportunity to tour the model and also be the first to see the newly remodeled health spa and fitness centers at Williams Island club that spans over 27,000 square feet.

Bellini Williams Island Condo began construction at the end of 2011 and will be completed in just a few short months. The tower is located on the last lot in Williams Island and will offer residents unmatched amenities, views and the epitome of a luxury lifestyle.

This year ONE Sotheby’s International Realty was the official Fort Lauderdale and Miami real estate sponsor of the Sony Open Tennis Tournament that takes place every March in Key Biscayne. For two weeks our agents greeted tennis fans from around the world in a luxurious air-conditioned tent that was decorated with displays of the top real estate listings in South Florida. With thousands of visitors attending the tournament from all around the world, it was the perfect opportunity to connect and create relationships with potential buyers and sellers.

Throughout the entire event our brokers were on hand to explain to guests about the positive shift in the Miami real estate market as well as real estate market in South Florida and they also had the chance to meet with other agents from Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate offices in Aspen and Turks and Caicos. Stephan Burke, a ONESir Broker, was approached by a buyer interested in purchasing a $20million+ home close to the Coconut Grove area that conveniently walked over to the tent and got more information about current listings. Another agent, Patrick Vysata, met a lady from France that has just sold her villa with the Sotheby’s Realty affiliate in the region and would be interested in purchasing a second property in South Florida soon. Our agents said that many visitors were interested in our developments including Cielo on the Bay, 1000 Museum, Altos Del Mar and Bellini Williams Island.

Overall it was an exciting two weeks filled with the best of tennis and real estate. We are already looking forward to next year’s event and have been cultivating the leads we made!

The event started with sunset cocktails and later moved into the sales center for a special presentation with developer, and art collector Martin Margulies along with Celia Sredni de Birbragher, Editor-In-Chief of Art Nexus Magazine. They both discussed the select pieces on display from their personal collections and how the Brazilian culture, as well as its investors, has influenced South Florida.

Construction of Bellini Williams Island has reached the top off point with the completion of the 24th floor. The building broke ground in early 2012 and progress has moved quickly and right on schedule.

ONE Sotheby’s International Realty is the exclusive Sales and Marketing arm of the project and earlier this week a team of brokers and agents visited the construction site for a tour of the building and to see the breathtaking views from the top floor.

Bellini Williams Island will feature 70 luxury residences with 2,300-2,700 square feet of living space as well access to amenities that include a landscaped sundeck and pool area, private media room, 24 hours security and concierge. Aventura’s real estate heavy hitters gathered at the Bellini William’s Island Sales Center on Tuesday, May 15th to see the construction progress of the project and enjoy Bellini cocktails with spectacular views of the island.
