The Scoop – A Cut Above

When a restaurant counts hot chefs like Eating House’s Giorgio Rapicavoli among its customers, there must be something special. Since reinvigorating the ho-hum signature dining room in Miami’s Four Seasons, Edge Steak & Bar stands on its own with locals for a hip menu and setting. Guests carve into premium chops like the Cowgirl, a petite rib-eye from Creekstone Farms in Kansas, following sampler platters of four tartares including corvina with cucumber and Granny Smith apples in an aji amarillo sauce. It’s also known for themed dinners and deals from Bastille Day’s French a la carte menu to Lunch Break, a daily special of four small plates served in 19 minutes for $19.
