Set the mood with Edith Piaf’s La Vie en Rose, a strawberry-infused champagne cocktail. Paired with wines from 190 varieties, a menu of tuna tataki with slivers of avocado and spinach in a sweet and savory, Asian herb vinaigrette, and veal tenderloin decadently stuffed with baby artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes and smoked mozzarella seems like a winner. End with the house’s signature chocolate tart with a lime kick, knowing a good time was had by all.
