ONE for one is a fundraising initiative between ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Lotus House. Lotus House is a non-profit organization that provides unique resources for homeless women and infants suffering from extreme poverty, disability, domestic violence, or untreated medical or mental illness. This organization seeks to empower women to improve their quality of life on every level in order to break the cycle of homelessness and achieve greater self-sufficiency. Not a typical shelter, Lotus House is a place of healing and transformation, a place that they can call home.

Women in Distress is a non-profit organization that currently operates an emergency shelter with a 132-bed capacity for victims of domestic violence and their children. Survivors who are no longer safe in their homes can find a safe haven at Women in Distress. Shelter services include housing, crisis intervention, therapy and advocacy assistance, as well as good, clothing and household supplies as necessary. These services are designed to address individual needs and empower participants to live a self-determined, violence-free life.

The Cisneros Fontanals Art Foundation, is a non-profit organization established in 2002 by Ella Fontanals-Cisneros and her family to support artists who are exploring new directions in contemporary art. CIFO fosters cultural understanding and educational exchange through three primary initiatives: a Grants and Commissions Program for emerging and mid-career visual artists from Latin America; an exhibitions program showcasing work by Latin American artists and international contemporary art from the Ella Fontanals-Cisneros Collection at the CIFO Art Space; and foundation-initiated support for other arts and culture projects.
