A quick distance from North Miami Beach lies the diverse city of Aventura.  Its name is derived from the Spanish word for adventure and considering its eclectic denizens, and different lifestyles, it is indeed an adventurous experience.  It’s already acclaimed as one of South Florida’s best cultural epicenters, yet Aventura is recognized largely for the mall named after the city itself that lies right in the heart of the active city.  A more than generous assortment of parks are scattered throughout the city and near the Aventura Mall which has long made Aventura a family favorite.

The beginnings of Aventura real estate were largely condominium developments, a trait that is still visible to this day just by exploring the city.  The Turnberry Village condo for instance belongs to a bigger group of buildings on Turnberry Isle, itself boasting a gigantic golf course that overlooks the Biscayne bayfront.  Since families have a strong tendency o of choosing Aventura, one can find many gated communities throughout the city as well.

As mentioned above, Aventura’s most popular attraction is Aventura Mall which offers a number of stores and restaurants and frequently holds various events.  Aventura is also close to Hallandale, Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood, all of which are acclaimed for their beaches and, in the case of the latter two, a thriving nightlife scene that continues to grow in popularity.
